**Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a** Stylist **dedicated to men's editorial photo shoots to join our Creative Direction team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the organization of men's editorial photo shoots by researching trends being promoted and selecting garments and accessories that best suit the chosen theme

- Organization of men's editorial photo shoots

- Collection and management of images and creation of moodboards

- Aesthetic management of the website

**Requirements for this role**:

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role (preferably with a fashion magazine or digital media company)

- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and content management systems

- Team working and multitasking skills

**Preferred skills**:

- Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for fashion, designers and brands

- Dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working attitude

- Strong communication skills

- Organized and detail-oriented work method

- Proactive and able to show initiative and propose ideas to constantly improve
