**About the Role

BMD is seeking a** Sub-Foreman **to be a part of their team.

This role is located on the RAAF Base Tindal and is Full Time, Fixed Term.

The role focus is in conjunction with the Superintendent and have knowledge of the onsite works for your project.

Complete the project on or before time whilst ensuring and promoting a safe site is maintained and a quality product is constructed at all times.

- The Role Responsibilities but not limited to_

- Assist in directing the allocation of site resources and monitor the effectiveness of the resources with direct correlation with the daily production objectives.

- Have a thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site related activities - (ensuring you have the standards/specifications applicable to the works under your management).

- Notification to management of any extensions of time and delays on a daily basis.

- If variations are required, consult with Supervising onsite management (Foreman /Engineer) to inspect before proceeding (ensure areas are picked up by survey).

- Maintain a diary with clear details i. e.

weather, stand-down of hire equipment, stand down numbers and conversations of importance.

- Monitor construction programs and completion dates (ask for assistance if required).

- Ensure that test requests are detailed, allocated to work areas and test specifications are noted.

- Measure of all areas of subcontract work with subcontractors before they leave site.

- Undertake any other duties that are required to successfully complete the particular project that you are working on.

- Travel may be required from time to time, both locally and interstate as required.

- Construction Induction Card (White Card)

- Ability to pass a National Police Check

- Willing to undertake a fit for work and hearing assessments

Local accommodation is limited but the Lendlease project has a 250-bed camp for FIFO workers.
