**CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Engineering school degree

- Fluent in Italian and English

- 2 years of experience in IT project management

- experience in Loyalty project

- Good capacity for understanding customer issues and ability to adapt your proposals to their challenges

- Dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organized

- Good interpersonal skills and team player

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pilot and implement IT projects in the field of Loyalty

- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget, ISO procedures, correct risk estimation and the quality of deliverables

- Manage the project team, define and optimize the schedule, ensure the assignment of tasks and their progress

- Provide reporting to the Project Director and to the various project stakeholders

- Work in close collaboration with the Client project manager and his teams
