**Who we are looking for

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required**:

- Bachelor's degree in management engineering, manufacturing engineering, business administration;

- Understanding of production processes of complex business realities;

- Interest in quality and compliance processes Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;

- Propensity to look with a broad point of view, anticipate problems, plan and propose corrective actions;

- Advanced level of Excel;

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;

- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sources.

**Key responsabilities

- The main activities will be:

Costing Area_

- Cost analysis starting from the product development phase

- Cost negotiation with production licensees

**_

Quality & Compliance Area_

- Quality standards (Brand Manual revision)

- Sourcing Education on Brand Manual

- Intertek (or third party) audit on labs

- Managing and monitoring Testing Process with factories and Labs

- QA process Inline / final

At the end of the internship, if successful, placement in the company will be offered.
