Superintendent / Construction - Residential
Job Description Boots on the ground - Responsible for successful completion of all assigned projects within budget and timeline.
Primary responsibilities are to ensure all subcontractors on job site understand the necessary details of the plan and production schedule for completion.
Experience: 5+ years new residential construction and remodelingDesign-build experienceKnowledge of local building codesSkills: Above average communication and organizational skillsGreat customer service skillsOwn and drive a construction appropriate work vehicle; pickup truck or work vanOwn and operate basic tools needed for constructionRead and interpret drawings and blueprintsStrong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes, methods and materialsAbove average leadership and management skillsSolid knowledge of all construction tradesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $36. 05 - $50. 49 per hour
