The Supervisor is expected to:

- Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance

- Sales analysis

- Maintaining a high level of customer service

- Ensuring administrative work (planning, shifts, focus )

- Running the store

- Managing the effective team

- Evaluate the training needs of store employees and communicate those to the Store Manager

- Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets

- Respect and communicate positively about our brand

- Ensure stock management

Profilo

- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor

- Able to achieve great performance

- Willing to work under pressure

- Flexible with hours and able available to work weekends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
