We require a highly motivated Client Service Supervisor to lead an established customer service team, that will lead to future progression opportunities.

The resource will work within our Ferentino manufacturing site, that supply into a large client base for both established world Drug Companies and newly established ones.

Main responsibilities:

- Effectively manage the prioritization of the Client Service Specialist

- Motivates and engages the team to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences

- Liaison within all areas of supply team and other principal department (Business, Finance, Quality, Warehouse) to ensure customer timeframes are met; leading all aspects of the customer order/experience process; order processing; supporting the team for the organization of shipments; supporting in the stock reporting; responding to changes to orders and client enquiries; communicate with customers at all levels, appropriately and professionally; building close working relationships with key customers via service levels and site visits;

- Liaise with Customer Client Manager and Supply Chain Director to improve overall customer service satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferred experiences in the pharmaceutical industry

- Understanding of customer expectations and looks to exceed expectations every time through great teamwork and an environment of continuous improvement

- Proficiency in English

- Ability to work driving changes and engage the team members

- Proven ability to bring effective relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
