A day in the life as a Supervisor, Member Services:You will develop performance standards to build a team of qualified, professional, and capable employees through training, coaching, and mentoring. You will assist the Branch Manager with providing leadership and coaching to branch member services team members through strong communication and team building skills, ensuring corporate initiatives are understood and executed at the branch level. You will promote Westoba in the community through positive word-of-mouth, liking and sharing our social media posts and pages, and participating in volunteer efforts for special causes and events; here at Westoba, we are community-focused whether in our own community or other communities where we live and do business. What you will bring to the table:Post-secondary education such as a Business Administration certificate is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of Member Experience assisting members with cash transactions, advice with customer and member service-related experience is expected. A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation. A go-getter who is not afraid to go out to grow our book of business.
