We are currently seeking a talented Supervisor with a passion for interior design to join our new Missoni Home boutique in Solferino, opening in April.

Main Responsibilities Act as a role model by providing an exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Missoni history and heritage.

Offer a tailored consultative sales approach by understanding the client's needs and offering design solutions for home interiors.

Provide detailed information and technical support regarding products, materials, and interior design concepts.

Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.

Utilize Missoni's CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data, building strong relationships and personalizing client development opportunities.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date client book, ensuring regular follow-ups and engagement.

Support merchandising activities, visual displays, and overall boutique presentation aligned with the Missoni aesthetic.

Collaborate with the store manager in the daily operations of the boutique, including opening/closing duties and operational procedures.

Stay updated on interior design trends, home collections, and competitor insights to provide an informed and knowledgeable service.

You Are: 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home decor, furniture, or luxury design environments.

Passionate and knowledgeable about interior design, luxury, and art.

Skilled in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Flexible and willing to work within a dynamic and evolving team.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in interior design software is a plus (e. g.

AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
