Today, ARAG has become part of Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN), as the Precision Agriculture Division (PAG).

For our Operations Division, we are looking for a Responsabile Industrializzazione.

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining various aspects of the industrialization project to be developed (objectives, phases, implementation methods, timelines, costs, validation methods, and parameters).

Ensure coordination and integration of activities carried out internally with those performed by external suppliers to maintain constant and efficient project control at all stages.

Coordinate global validation phases (productivity, quality, safety) of the equipment.

Interface with external suppliers involved in various project activities to ensure compliance with established methods and timelines.

In particular:

Convokes and coordinates the work team during industrialization meetings, in conjunction with other company functions to evaluate and define the production and testing methods of a new product, highlighting critical issues, defining standard processing cycles, documentation, and production and testing support equipment.

Conducts internal design activities and develops projects related to assembly equipment, testing benches, and plastic material molds, also dealing with market research for suppliers, contractual negotiations, payment methods, and purchase orders.

Manages phases from request to design, including the contractual phase, up to the issuance of the order.

Also responsible for managing delivery times, urging suppliers.

Specifically analyzes assembly processes, thoroughly verifying the overall project and potential issues; studies all necessary equipment, analyzing the draft of the equipment realization.

Follows the design or modification of molds at external suppliers, verifying the project and compliance with specifications; signs mold approval.

Supervises project development activities of assembly equipment, testing benches, and plastic material molds of his/her collaborators, providing them with a specific database of processing priority orders and collected technical data, design, and project approval of molds.

Verifies the development of the equipment, including adjustments made for its final arrangement.

Manages the maintenance of assembly equipment and machines.

Handles the realization of prototypes concerning internal production.

Profilo ricercato Laurea ad indirizzo meccanico.

Esperienza pregressa presso realtà strutturate nella progettazione ed industrializzazione di macchinari ed attrezzature per la produzione.

Buona conoscenza dei processi di produzione e di tutti i suoi aspetti (meccanici, elettrici, automazione e di stampaggio).

Uso proficuo della suite Microsoft Office, dei software di disegno 2D/3D e di gestione dei progetti.

Capacità di collaborare e comunicare con le parti interessate a tutti i livelli in team multifunzionali.

Buon spirito di squadra.

Spiccate capacità analitiche e di problem solving.

Elevata conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
