Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc. ) Key Responsibilities As a Supervisor, PDS Manufacturing, you will: Lead a team of manufacturing operators, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment. Coordinate the manufacturing processes to ensure flawless execution and adherence to strict quality standards. Determine and implement standard processes to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new manufacturing technologies and processes. Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure timely completion of production schedules to meet customer demands and compete in the global marketplace. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. Strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes. Outstanding leadership and team-building skills. Ability to strictly adhere to standards and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
