Responsibilities:Lead and guide a team of Technical Application Support Scientists to achieve strong performance and career development. Boost customer experience and drive business growth to attain revenue targets. Encourage and empower your team to excel in customer happiness and business objectives. Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the Services and Support Team. Manage workload and schedules to meet goals and optimize resources. Report on performance metrics and provide variance analysis. Ensure effective communication within the team and across the company. Resolve customer issues and complaints. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Lead projects to successful implementation. Transform customer experience through new support tools and processes. Actively drive growth and stimulate new business. Recruit, retain, and develop talent. Establish annual priorities and goals for the team. Implement process improvements to improve service and support. Maintain relationships with international contacts. Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience in life sciences preferred. Experience: 5+ years in a similar field; 0-5 years of leadership experience. Strong numerical reasoning, scientific proficiency, and technical support experience. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully engage with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
