You will serve as a SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALIST in the Facilities Management & Sustainment (FM&S) Branch Head, located at PWD Sigonella of NAVFAC ROICC SIGONELLA.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Develop and manage a maintenance program related to facilities management & sustainment shops and related facilities;Manage operational issues within the Facilities Management & Sustainment to ensure quality and cost-effective services to clients;Manage facilities staff and procedures to provide work inception, input, and assignment in Single Platform Maximo system;Achieving and maintaining FM&S Product Line plan goals and objectives in providing cost-effective and high-quality maintenance and sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) services. Requires occasional travel by military or civilian aircraft.

Physical Demands: Work is active, there may be occasions where stooping, bending and climbing of ladders is required to review the facility.

Work Environment: Work is performed in a typical office setting, however, the work can be active where stooping and bending and climbing of ladders is required to review the facility.

Must have ability to work under and respond effectively to pressing time and priority demands, changing production schedules, crash programs needs and rapid response to critical client demands.
