You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (CNREUAFCENT) N8 Comptroller Department, of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Developing annual phasing spend plan that comply with financial regulations and policies;Utilizing financial management system to evaluate and review financial output and operational problems and recommend resolutions;Interpreting and executing fiscal law, policies and regulations ensuring financial management activities are within requirements;Advising program managers and fund administrators on documentation required to support financial transactions and funding requirements.
