You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer (Utilities and Energy Management) in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying advanced engineering theories to apply new applications to alter standard practices in utility procurement; Providing senior officials and colleagues with recommendations to advance programs and safety methods for utility operations in the region; Implementing improvements for techniques in demand response for utilities; Analyzing energy consumption to forecast life cycle economic requirements.
