About the Position:

Incumbent serves as the Housing Division Chief at a large or medium multi-mission installation within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and as subject matter expert and advisor to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and the Garrison Commander. Specialized experience is defined as: one year of specialized experience equivalent at least to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service managing and supervising a full range of initiatives and activities in support of the installation Family Housing and Unaccompanied Personnel Housing programs.

Housing Management Program Administration Housing Operations Housing Requirements Determination and Planning Managing Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
