WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Inside of Purchasing organization, He/She is responsible to perform and manage all the activities required to catch in advance, on medium long term horizon, potential capacity constrains that could impact the CNH Industrial Manufacturing Operating Plan feasibility.

It is operated with a global overview in order to manage cross regional supplies capacity issues.

He/She works closely with Purchasing Commodity and Procurement, Suppliers, Manufacturing global functions, Logistic Plants Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define the suppliers tooling capacity and the relevant value stream, at component or cluster level;

- Consolidate the CNH demand Plants for the managed suppliers, valuating possible deviation/variation;

- Perform gap analysis identifying the main roadblocks, root causes and necessary actions ;

- Follow up on M/L term Supplier plan reliability, escalating to Commodity leader in case of failure

- Implement and manage Supplier Collaborative planning activities preparing all reports and follow up required for this approach

- Promote and coordinate meetings with Suppliers, among different plants and regions when the supply problem requires short term criticalities management

- Perform Supplier demand validation survey for increased demand

- Take part in the escalation meeting and make reports for those suppliers managed in Collaborative planning

- Interface for Manufacturing PPC for all is related the above activities

- Support activities for system enhancement and KPI definition

- Support integration for common OE and OES supply criticalities

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Work experience matured for almost 5 years in a very complex industry about : Material Requirements Planning systems or Supply Chain department with specific focus on supplier management.

- High analytical and problem solving skills required, ability to anticipate and prevent risk

- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely - both oral and written - at all levels within CNH Industrial and suppliers, in a multinational environment

- Available to travel and stay abroad countries when is required and for temporary periods

- Self-starter with high energy, proactively Teamwork attitude and positive approach

- Oriented to achieve results and objectives under pressure

- Proficiency creating Excel spreadsheets, Power Point and use of basic Office software

- Fluent English

- Project management and ICT tool skills
