Supplier Development & Contract Manager
As the Europe-focused Destination Development & Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, contracting, and client relationship management within the European Luxury Travel industry. Your mission entails curating and expanding our luxury hotel portfolio across Europe, establishing connections with new partners, and nurturing lasting relationships with existing clients, all aimed at elevating the standard of experience we provide to our clients.
**I Will**:
- Develop and manage a collection of luxury, innovative, and distinctive products and services catering to the luxury travel sector, encompassing hotels & resorts, sightseeing tours & excursions, attractions, and specialized guide services throughout Europe.
- Source and evaluate new products and services, secure exclusive and sought-after product offerings, and oversee the contracting process for accommodation and ground services.
- Stay informed about market trends within the luxury travel industry, particularly in Europe, and leverage this knowledge to inform product development and contracting decisions.
- Cross-collaborate with internal departments to ensure contracted partners are set for operational and sales success
- Share destination and product knowledge with internal teams, helping to support other departments to drive success to the European market, including in training, content development and marketing.
- Assist with pitching and managing co-op marketing opportunities with the Product Marketing team to promote our Europe-focused offerings.
- Facilitate any escalated issues with supplier partners.
- Represent our company professionally in supplier-related interactions, including trade shows, events, and in-person visits.
- Oversee and own the profitability of regions, and supplier accounts through in-depth reporting, analysis and the negotiation of enhanced supplier agreements.

- Strong at contract negotiation - proven experience is required
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process driven.
- High-level problem-solving with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent with verbal and written communication. Must represent the company with confidence, humility, and professionalism when interacting with partners.
