Main activitiesThe Purchasing department at Radiall ensures the supply of goods and services necessary for our production in compliance with quality, lead time and quantity requirements. The SPI (Supplier Performance Improvement) mission is to improve overall supplier performances by setting/defining improvement and qualification activities in accordance with RADIALL's purchasing strategy. Your mission aims at: - Enhancing/improving supplier performances (cost, quality and lead time) by defining and leading the implementation of improvement actions, in close collaboration with suppliers

- Manage corrective and preventive action plans (relevance of supplier answers, root cause analysis, risk mitigation plan, tooling preventive maintenance. )

in order to secure the delivery of components in accordance with Radiall needs (quality, costs, lead times)

- Assess supplier performances by performing quality and process audits and challenge supplier continuous improvement system

- Perform process qualification for already existing components and/or for any new on boarded suppliers

- Train suppliers on quality and logistics tools (8D, 5W, lean, etc. )

Profile

Background (Educational and professional)Master/Engineering Degree in quality management or mechanical engineering.

Familiar with supplier quality in an industrial environment.

You have at least 3 years' experience background in similar environment.

You master English (comprehension and expression - Minimum B2 level) and computer tools (SAP and Office Pack). Autonomous and organized, you have good interpersonal skills and like to work within multi-skilled team in a dynamic environment.
