WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Supplier Performance Management & Special Project Specialist will be responsible to manage two main activities: the program management of purchasing special projects, and the launch and its related management of an updated Supplier Performance KPI system.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project Manager for a series of Purchasing Project Cross Regional and Cross-Department

- Work as a point of reference for most of the system base activities

- Keep tracking of KPIs for the above projects and for other projects not directly managed

- Create and maintain an improved Supplier Performance System to track Supplier Performances

- Interaction with external consultancies

- Strict collaboration with the commodities to align the priorities and to follow the company strategy

- EXPERIENCES:

- Experience in previous purchasing roles is a mandatory requirement (minimum 2/3 years)

- Technical background is a preferential requirement (engineering/product)

- Degree in Scientific or Economical fields

- SKILLS:

- Fluent English

- MS Excel advanced

- Database management skills preferential

- Very good knowledge of other MS Office and basics IT software's
