Are you a young talent eager to gain practical experience in procurement and supplier management? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic thesis intern / intern to support our team in the supplier qualification process at our Frosinone facility. This project aims to verify and ensure that our key suppliers comply with the rules and guidelines set by our group.

**This position reports to**:

Global Procurement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Actively collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement effective supplier qualification procedures.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing suppliers, assessing compliance with regulations and established requirements.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers to request documentation and information necessary for qualification.

- Support in managing documentation related to supplier qualification, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

- Contribute to the drafting of reports and presentations on the progress of the qualification process.

**Your background**:

- University student or recent graduate, preferably with a background in business engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of the English language (B2).

- Attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Motivation and willingness to learn in a corporate setting.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
