This thesis project aims to analyze and improve the SQM and Risk Assessment practices adopted by a leading company in the propulsion and mobility technology sector.

Main Objective: Develop an integrated model to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with suppliers, while simultaneously improving the overall quality of products and services provided.

**Responsibilities**:
