Supplier Quality Manager - Turbomachinery & Process
In this role, you'll be leading Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS) Product Company supplier quality organization, managing the team to work closely with the Business units & Functions (Product Leaderships & Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement) to drive quality within TPS supply base through driving procurement strategy and business award, supplier qualification and Supplier performance improvement through supplier proactive improvement program, surveillance, and supplier scorecards.
You will own supplier quality performance management, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed.
Develop long term vision for the function and contribute to the strategic plan of the larger unit (Function or business unit).
**Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing Leaderships to all Supplier Quality organization within TPS
- Driving the execution of Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development activities, including supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence.
- Contributing towards taking important decisions with procurement strategy, business award, and strategic supplier with broader cross-functional implications.
- Working with the business (E&P Supplier Quality Team, Global Services, and other Product and Regions) to drive Supplier Quality Program and overall defect reduction throughout the lifecycle of the business
**Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical field or equivalent.
- 10+ yrs experience in Supplier Quality
- Proven experience in people leader position & business development & organization
- Knowledge and understanding in manufacturing processes (Machining, Fabrication, Special Processes, etc.
)
