We are looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist to join our Electrification business.

You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy for a local ABB organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.

**This position reports to**:

Quality Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems.

- Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

- Promote the use of ABB Quality Wins preferred techniques for continuous improvement to Suppliers.

- Perform technical audits to Suppliers.

Manage and monitor the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proactively promote actions to limit the impact on quality.

- Carry out supplier validation and qualification audits and sub-tier suppliers based on Quality Wins and Continuous improvements methodologies and ABB procedures.

- Manage and monitor the internal system of procedures and standards.

- Assess and host proactively customer audits.

- Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or master's degree Engineering or equivalent.

- At least 5 years relevant working experience in operations - Quality.

- Good understanding of "Problem Solving" technique, PPAP/FMEA.

- Good knowledge of Quality Wins program and continuous improvement.

- Quality Wins Trainer certification is considered as a plus.

- Good communication skill.

- Fluent speaking and writing English.
