The Role

The Supplies & Services Representative will be working in the Italian Supply and Service team actively supporting the growing of the Aftermarket business.

This is a commercial role requiring direct sales to customer with the management of a portfolio of customers.

In addition, the role requires the participation in international projects.

**What you will do**:

Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.

Proactive interactions from onboarding to installed base refresh.

Act as main point of contact for customers regarding Aftermarket business.

Support customers with consumable forecasts.

Identify opportunities for new business within assigned accounts and recover lost business/customers.

Contractual services and consumable aftermarket quoting/offering/renewing.

Customer's visit when needed.

Proactive coordination with sales/technical departments.

Work towards KPI's and achieve quarterly sales quotas.

Run reports and perform analysis to drive sales actions.

In charge of specific international projects.

**What you need to have**:

Proven inside sales experience.

Strong phone presence and experience dialing calls with different interlocutors at different level.

Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and value selling.

SAP (SD Module), a plus.

Fluency in English.

Fluency in Spanish, a plus.

Good communication skills.

Results driven and customer-oriented.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Being able to work under pressure, problem solving, teamworking.

Availability to travel abroad, if necessary.
