You are energetic and result oriented, ready to take on the challenge of bringing the organization to the next level.

**Your main responsibilities include

- Drive Sourcing Budgeting process of logistics services (FCL, FTL, Warehouses, 3PL. . ) coherent with the service level required, cost and a resilient supplier network.

- Define the World Class Logistics Master Plan, develop the WCL model, supervise the Group WCL Manager in the development of Warehouses Route Maps.

- Define KPIs roadmap definition based on Supply Chain & Logistics priorities.

Define the implementation of the annual plan with IT Departments, based on budget available.

Monitor, support implementation and testing of BI Report.

- Define training material and supervise the delivery of training to end users.

- Supervise the release of Top Management Monthly Dashboards and Business Review material.

- Responsible for integrity and comprehensiveness of Material Master Data, ensuring a proper and timely process execution.

- Be the point of reference between people involved in process input and people interested to process output.

Represents the bailee of rules and constraints.

- Promote and support Supply Chain & Logistics in Group Transformation Projects in collaboration with Supply Chain & Operations and Logistics Clusters Managers.

Availability to travel and proficiency in English are basic requirements.

Location: The role is based in Fabriano with the opportunity of some remote working (in a hybrid environment).
