Mission of the Job**:

**The role of the Supply Chain & Quality Manager is required to ensure successful Procurement Plan execution according to Airbus rules and codes, while monitoring and improving supplier performances.

In addition to ensure that the procurement plan is performed according not only to the individual program needs but also global Company needs within agreed budgets and Airbus Quality Standards.

**Reports to the Ho Procurement and Supply Chain.

**Main activities**:

- Contributes to monitoring and improving the performances of Suppliers

- Manage all concepts related to supply chain in an international context (end-to end value chain)

- Leads and promotes activities to define, organize, control, improve, support and measure the Supplier's performances and value for the internal customer; using the performance management, quality methodologies and basic tools, while promoting continuous improvement.

- Manages / contributes to the execution of the Contract, being responsible for the performance of the Supplier in terms of On Quality On Time (OQOT).

- Participates in audits / evaluation of Suppliers to support the respect of the supply targets

- Elaborates and control the defined KPIs

**Competences

**Education/Training**:

- Aerospace engineering or Ecomomist

**Experience**:

- 7 years in similar role in aerospace industry (main focus on long term production products will be a plus)

**Tool or product requirements**:

- SAP

- SAP HANA

- Microsoft Office

- 6-sigma is a plus

**Languages**:

- Italian & English

- Other languages is a plus
