Principali responsabilità

Responsible for procurement and supplier management strategies to achieve maximum efficiency;

Responsible to identify the production sectors of reference for the scouting and contracting of strategic suppliers;

Responsible for the definition of make or buy strategies in line with company strategies and also in relation to suppliers' availability;

Decide the distribution percentages of supplies in the perspective of efficiency, cost-effectiveness and continuity;

Decide the price strategy and/or continuity of supply and warehouse, based on the trend of the economic context where it operates;

Manage the company's supplier portfolio ensuring its transparency, analyzingand calculating procurement costs and suggesting methods to reduce spending;

Research and identify new potential strategic suppliers for the business;

Based on the technical specifications provided by the technical area, ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines by selecting certified components;

Lead guidelines to Purchase Function to ensure agreement on terms and processes;

Principali caratteristiche richieste

+ 7 years experience in a high-level complexity Supply Chain environment;

Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment;

Excellent knowledge of the production sectors of reference and market trends;

Knowledge of Logistic and Lean Management principles;

Knowledge of industrial components;

Excellent Negotiation skills;

Excellent Problem Solving skills;

Excellent Change Agent and vision;
