Main responsibilities that the role will have:

- Define & adjust allocation: based on the imports plan work with commercial teams and planning to define the product allocations by channel and customer group for the next 3 months (rolling).

This allocations will be updated every two weeks depending on the updates of the inbounds and sales.

- Daily stocks and sales reports: Generate the daily sales reports and stock reports that will be used by the team to track available stock, orders and consumption of allocations.

- Allocations Tracking & execution: Coordinate with Commercial, Customers Service and other supply chain functions (Planning & Logistics) the tracking and control of the allocations of products that have been defined to make sure that there is no over consumption.

- Inbounds and rework: coordinate with the people responsible for inbounds and local rework so the inbound plan is considered on the Allocations definition & tracking and the rework plan is aligned with the availability of product.

- Lost sales tracking: Keep track of the lost sales from all customers that are generated by out of stocks.

Supply Chain Administration Specialist|FMGC Company

- Prevoius experience in Supply Chain Planning, inventory management and order management.

- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- Meticulous and confident to work with numbers.

- Very good interpersonal skills.
