The position is responsible for supervising supply and availability of the product in terms of timing, quantities fixed and/or forecasted, as well as maintaining stock levels established in order to give support to the business in achieving sales target.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure supply and availability of the product in terms of timing, quantities fixed and/or forecasted, as well as in maintaining stock levels established;

- Check and push the We Supply in case of failure allocation of product;

- Discuss with the Customer Service in case of issue about orders depending on the level of stocks, supply capacity or programs production (workflow tool );

- Find the best solution of supply in case of non-availability of product (eg.

Production does not satisfies the forecast ) or against specific order requests (big order, special events, etc. )

in order to give support to the business in achieving target;

- Process and monitor constantly the data that provide an updated situation about the product (back orders, sales forecast, programs production, forecast/actual order, stock levels, etc. . . );

- Management of the delivery in the context of direct deliveries/shipment;

- Management of product database and availability;

- Monitor and check system paramethers in order to ensure the correct replenishment;

- Check product SAP code views (available in the material master) and inform Marketing and Finance function about anomalies;

- Check obsolete stock (overaged) and share with Sales / Marketing during the Stock Review Meeting.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Engineering or Economics Degree;

- Previous experience in Supply Chain/Logistic (2-3 years);

- Good knowledge of SAP R3, APO, MS Office knowledge;

- English fluent;

- Curiosity;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Positive attitude;

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams within multinational organizations.
