**Your 'day to day'**:
As a Supply Chain Analytics Lead for our SC team, you will support the Supply Chain analytics stream, assisting in defining and governing the analytics and automation portfolio, by contributing to the build-up of Supply Chain capabilities toward our Cognitive Collaboration Center vision, ensuring proper communication and adoption within the Supply Chain community.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts to enforce standards, improve quality of the reporting and optimize processes;
- Support the adequacy of the analytics portfolio within the digital landscape and feed Supply Chain with digital requirement needs;
- Assist in project development from ideas to implementation, follow up, and support training;
- Help identify shortfalls and set up the right framework for upskilling in conjunction with SC Excellence and all the SC sub fucntions (SyncHub, Global Logistics and OCS);
- Assist in building up an analytics communication framework in sync within the Supply Chain organization, including newsletters and publicizing new solutions, data products, or automations to showcase progress of the Cognitive Collaboration Center Journey;
- Lead presentation to Steering Committee to share progress vs target or the Cognitive Collaboration Center Journey roadmap;
- Support the instillation of a high level of adoption of the analytics and automation portfolio;
- Engage with external stakeholders and vendors for solution scouting and implementation.
**Who we're looking for**:
- A minimum of 5-8 years in a Supply Chain or Operations role, within a multinational environment with worldwide stakeholders;
- 2-3 years of Managerial experience, having led and developed a team;
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing related fields;
- Professional qualification in project management and Agile methodology;
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerBi (Qlikview or other vizualization tool would be a plus);
- Experience in robotics automation is preferred (i. e.
Python coding. . . );
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
