**JOB PURPOSE**:

This position will deliver the production development process within Burberry's Raw material procurement function.

Creating production BOMS and maintaining them constantly updated to ensure an appropriate procurement.

Monitoring supplier's deliveries to protect finished goods production.

Monitoring and managing the RMX process.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accountable for ensuring PLM is kept updated with 100% accuracy at all times.

- Building and maintaining a close working partnership with cross-functional team ( PD/PE/GS) to ensure BOMS are accurate and reflecting Business needs and agreements at all times.

- Responsible for BOMS to be constantly kept updated to reflect business needs and with a proactive approach to detect and mitigate risks that could lead to excesses or delays.

- Responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with vendors and suppliers developing a strong working knowledge of supplier's capability and availability to meet demands.

- Effectively and proactively use of company tools to ensure that data accuracy is maintained.

- Track & monitor timely RM deliveries in line with allocation and priority.

- Monitor production issues and report changes to product supply team on OTD impacts and critical path.

- Identifying, calling out and making recommendations to mitigate any risks/challenges identified at all stages.

- Provide regular reporting and visibility of production progress and stock levels, to minimise excess.

- Provide the proper management of leftover from the supplier to the warehouse monitoring the flow up to the payment highlighting critical issues or bottle necks to RMM

- Provide a suite of reports, from weekly update to yearly/seasonal overviews;

- Visit suppliers regularly to assess capabilities and assist/flag in the resolution of issues to drive continuous improvement;
