In this role, The Project Manager enables our project teams to successfully deliver client engagements within budget and on schedule, while ensuring goals and objectives are met.

**Responsibilities
**_ _
- Use project governance to manage the organizational process, project timetable and deliverables, calling out when necessary.
**_ _
- Employ risk management to determine root cause analysis and issue management.
**_ _
- Effectively interact and communicate with various-leveled client personnel, including Client PM, Client Executive Sponsor, Client Steerco, Client End Users.
**_ _
- Cultivate a dedicated client relationship to ensure successful project delivery, as well as identify future project opportunities.
**_ _
- Lead all aspects of project management and controls with regards to schedule and cost control, project scope and change management
**_ _
- Use complex schedule analytics, e. g. , critical path, schedule compression/time-cost trade-off, change impacts
**_ _
- Experienced with managing both internal and external project resources (including outsource, offshore and partner resources)
**_ _
- Specific to co-partnered projects, demonstrated ability of understanding the role of the partner and leading the partner relationship and expectation.

- Propose solutions to manage client expectations and lead all aspects of delivery solution.

**Qualifications we seek in you!

**Minimum Qualifications / Skills
**_ _
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree
**_ _
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management, by quickly gaining client trust, understanding and illustrating the client challenges, and deliver on client expectations.
**_ _
**_ _
- Experience leading workstreams and teams of consultants in the delivery of client engagements against a project plan; full life cycle project management experience, including financial oversight and tracking.
**_ _
- Functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP or after sales service operations a strong plus
**_ _
**_ _
**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
**_ _
- Experience in software implementation (ERP, planning solutions, etc. )
a plus.
**_ _
- Outstanding drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment.
**_ _
- An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
**_ _
- Solid work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn.
