Key Accountabilities:

- Promote and animate all Italian Roquette SC facilities (in-house & outsourced) control on performance level accordingly to local and global targets.

Inbound, internal and outbound flows.

From raw materials, chemical and packaging components to finished products (bulk and packed).

- Contribute actively to deliver the budget process (GFC, VC and investment plan).

- Promote and decline a common Pyramid — Indicators and Signals

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and decline proper methods & tools (RAISE, 6SIGMA, KAIZEN, 5S. . . ).

- Participate to the investment plan development (CAPEX, PXB, OPEX) in a collaborative manner with all the other functions.

- Promote all compliance requirements to all Italian Roquette SC facilities.

- Contribute actively to the competitiveness of the action plan and to the budget adherence.

- Implement good common practices according to the Supply Chain Group standards and the critical implementation/improvements plans (Symphony, Distribution, Segmentation, Future factory) and the main objectives at group level (GBU' expectations, pea line, pharma. . . ).

- Contribute to the technology watch.

- Contribute to the monthly performance review.

Scope:

End-to-end processes: Order-To-Cash, Produce-to-Deliver, Procure To-Pay, the integration among either intra SC functions (transports, warehousing, overseas, customs, supply planning, purchasing) or extra SC (sales & customer care, production, quality, finance & controlling.

Information System:

- SAP, Symphony, and other apps according the coming SC digital roadmap.

**Education**:

- University Degree (Technical, Scientific, Economics).

Languages:

- Fluent English (must have) + French (nice to have)

**Experience**:

- Technical background with 2/3 years (max) of professional experience acquired mainly in process, food or pharma industries.

- Experienced in continuous improvement deployment.

- Statistical Process Control knowledge and implementation experience.

Specific requirements:

- Key competencies requirement (MUST HAVE):

- (Functional) Interpersonal relationship, analytics and problem solving skills, communication capability, financial acumen, project management skills

- (Managerial) Influencer, Interact with stakeholders

- (Leadership) Lead by competency, team work/building/leading

- Capacity to be oriented on short term performances and simultaneously to have the ability for building a positive mid-term vision with the associated action plans.

- Possibly Green Belt certified.

- 2/3 years max in industrial environment.

Business Trips (Percentage):

Available up to 20% Travel to other plants (mainly in Europe).
