As a trainee, you will be part of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. In this role you will learn how to enable excellence agenda in country customer supply chain functions (Planning, Logistics, Procurement) in order to achieve best in class customer service levels at optimal cost. You will deal with the following activities:

Cross-functional work with other departments and group functions to demonstrate "one team winning" and ensure best operational results. Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and best-practices to ensure that supply chain set-up is fit for the future. Provide performance management and continuous improvement support within operational departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in tendering and negotiation processes with third-party logistics (3PL) providers in close cooperation with the logistics and procurement teams. Engage in Lean project management activities focused on improving departments' performances. Assist in the management and preparation for company lean audits to ensure compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Implementation and adherence to Group Health & Safety standards, quality requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and Lean principles to maintain high operational standards. What we're looking for: Education & other requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics or Business Administration. Current enrolment in a bachelor's degree course in above mentioned topics can be accepted. Proficiency in IT, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and particularly Excel. Strong interest in lean principles/lean management/project management/supply chain. Strong and shown interest in continuous improvement topics. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken. Interpersonal skills:

Good teamwork attitude. Analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills. Proactive approach to project management, with a focus on achieving results. Accountability and ownership over tasks and responsibilities. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
