- Utilize and develop leadership skills

- Work independently and in a team environment

- Support analysis and reporting of KPIs

- Manage effective working relationships with internal departments and external parties when necessary

- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve target state

- Generate analysis in a timely manner to support decisions that generate efficiencies in planning, scheduling, and operations

- Establish and manage data/information with data integrity to develop analysis that enables business decisions

- Develop and maintain standard work for responsible tasks to ensure processes remain operating effectively

You will work part-time throughout the academic year and participate in the Johnson Controls Internship Program full-time during the Summer.

**What we look for

- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Management, International Business, Mathematics, Statistics or Social Sciences

- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities

- Effective and professional communication and organization skills

- Ability to work in multitask environment
