The successful candidate will report to the Business Unit Supply Quality and Development manager. Your responsibilitiesDesign and execute data collection strategies from various supply chain management systemsClean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysisDefine KPIs, develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and data models using Celonis and Power-BI for supply quality and/or SCM sustainabilityValidate processes in factories to ensure adherence to the system standards in Quality and P&F teamsMaintain the SQ-SharePoint and update content as necessary or upon requestConduct in-depth data analysis to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvementCreate clear visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to SCM stakeholdersBecome an expert on key internal and external data sources for SCM.

Identify opportunities to leverage new data sources/features to improve existing or develop new analytic solutionsLeverage close working relations with different touchpoints within the organization such as IT, Masterdata, SAP, etc. Work on ad-hoc requests to clean up or create new dashboards in PowerBIYour backgroundBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain (or similar)Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data setsAdvanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other fundamental MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)Experience in using and administrating MS SharePoint and MS TeamsProven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reportsExperience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plusKnowledge of Visual Basic for Application (VBA)Knowledge of DAX functional language for Power-BI and SQL for querying data from relational databasesExperience working with SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBACommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in English both written and spokenPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
