Independent in defining priorities, effective in managing resources, in alignment with SITE SAFETY RULES, business strategies and objectives. Passionate about her/his own team, keeping the working environment lively and dynamic. Agile in working in a diverse environment and able to influence stakeholders, even outside the own domainInteract with peers within the EMEA GBU Supply Chain, to meet common target and exchange best practicesWe count on you for:Guaranteeing a Safety mindset for the teamEnsuring an adequate raw material and packaging stock level to meet stock targetsObserving, defining and deploying strategy, policies and standardsOrganizing, coordinating and/or directly managing supply chain activities, to contribute to the GBU OTIF (OnTimeInFull) target. Ensuring compliance (COBI, inventory counting guidelines. . ) and administrate supply chain processes with a continuous improvement mindset, properly integrating sub-processesManaging and coordinating with internal (production, HSE, labs, enginering…) and external (vendors, tollers, suppliers. . . ) partners.

Liaising with overseas SC managers in plants/sites to ensure mutual supplies and fleet provisioningManage own organization/team, responsibly developing talent and coaching them to performance and success. Interacting with a multitude of stakeholders and treating a big variety of disciplines inside SCBecoming the Supply Chain focal point inside in a plant, which is leading the Syensqo sustainability roadmap empowering both your supply chain expertise and developing your leadership style(s), by continuously learning and relearning in a fast changing and in-continuous-evolution environmentYou will bring:Ability and experience in managing Supply Chain activities (Site Logistics, RM and Pack provisioning, supply planning). Meaningful experience in multinational chemical companies and familiarity with working in a diverse environmentExcellent analytical skills, in order to act proactively in addressing current and foreseen challengesAdvanced leadership and People ManagementStakeholders influencing, even outside the own domainMaster degree in Business, Economics, SC Management, Engineering, or related field.
