Description

For our production Plant (Minerbio site) we are actilvely looking for a Supply Chain Manager M/F.

Main Function

The provision of safe equipment, safe working environment and ensuring all employees/contractors are provided with and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.

Supervise staff to include hiring, training, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations, and determining disciplinary actions when necessary.

Manage the coordination of relevant supply chain functions (Logistics, Warehouse, Inbound/Outbound, Procurement, Production Planning - 6 direct reports).

Manage supply chain initiatives and direction, developing and implementing programs for the site, ensuring supply chain metrics are met,

Develop appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with supply chain management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; monitors compliance with these areas.

Respond to questions and concerns from colleagues regarding supply chain programs, examines operations, develops reports, and outlines new operations as required.

Manage meetings and interactions with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other parties to ensure effective relationships, quality services, and efficient operations.

Drive a change in culture, improvement in management processes, be customer satisfaction and service oriented and the lead between the plant and the strategic supply/business.

Relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the chemical industry,

Inspirational and strong leadership skills,

Excellent interpersonal, coaching and negotiating skills,

A proven track record in managing change within a diverse environment,

Numerically astute with the ability to analyze data and drive the appropriate action,

A strong customer/Sales focus,

Continuous improvement is a core value,

Italian/English,

Strong financial and commercial skills.

Excellent Excel skills
