Our client is an important Italian industrial group, leader in its reference business.

**Role**:

- Reporting to the Group Operations Director and directly coordinating the Team of Planning and Logistics located in Italy and functionally the Supply Chain's organizations in the European Plants, She/He will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Multi-site Planning for the Plants within the Group with particular focus to the Italian and European ones: Production Capacity analysis of Plants and Suppliers, Definition of production/processes resources including stock of material through all the supply chain (raw materials, components, finished goods)

- Definition of the best production's plan which guarantees the best interaction between the different processes in the different plants including processes belonging to the suppliers and the coordination of supplying of components and Raw material.

- Leading and managing the Logistic activities of the warehouses and distribution facilities collaborating with Logistic Providers suggesting/identifying possible improvements and new partners.

- Supporting the Group Operations Direction in negotiation of the contracts for services and suppliers operating in the Supply Chain

- Monitoring performances of the whole Supply Chain (Costs, Stock levels, Deliveries) and implementing a continuous improvement approach

- Critical analysis, management and optimization of the Supply Chain processes (demand planning, production planning, stock and distribution planning, material and transportation management) and support to the Group Operations Direction to elaborate strategies for the improvement of all Supply Chain factors.

- Promoting Innovation and Digitalization in Supply Chain also implementing Projects APS/WMS/MES

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar role in Manufacturing Company operating globally, with multi-site complex production processes

- Deep knowledge of Production Planning tools and logics, warehouse and distribution managements

- Education in Engineering or Economics and Business Administration

- Fluent in English Language

- Negotiation skills
