Our client, a multinational company operating in a continuous production sector, is currently looking for a:Supply Chain ManagerThe resource will report to the Head of Supply Chain Europe and will manage the end-to-end process from Customer Service to Supply Chain and Logistics. Main activities and responsibilities:Be a single point of accountability for resolving day-to-day supply chain and Customer Service issues. Steer the complete planning activities from order entry until on-time in full delivery to customers in the most efficient way. Provide an optimal interface to the Sales Team, Product Portfolio Management, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain. Manage sales allocation volumes with capacity and ensure optimal contribution together with Product Portfolio Management and Supply Chain planning team. Manage stock levels to provide a reliable service. Participate actively in the SOP and balancing demand and capacity. Ensure an unrelenting focus on and commitment to safety. Embrace and steadily strive for continuous improvements. Act as a role model and enable improved profitability through more efficient business processes/continuous improvement. Requirements:Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or similar. Experience in Supply Chain and Sales Systems processes in the continuous production industry. Preferred experience in a matrix complex environment. High IT affinity and knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Fluent in English and Italian. Previous experience in leading a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to drive change and continuous improvement. Strong business and process knowledge.
