We are seeking skilled and motivated **SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER **to oversee key activities in the Italian market.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes, with a focus on order desk, planning, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Desk:Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any potential delays.

- Coordinate with suppliers, shippers, and project stakeholders to mitigate risks and escalate issues when necessary.

- Act as the first point of contact for installers and customers regarding sales and supply contracts, providing support before, during, and after installations.

Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

- Analyze sales history and define accurate demand forecasts.

- Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and implement effective inventory managemen strategies.

Logistics and Supply Chain:

- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and warehouse management.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of supply chain activities.

- Support the maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, and support plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and expansions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

- Analyze and monitor performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in supply chain management, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Semi-durable goods or related industry.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, and warehousing processes.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Fluency in Italian and English is required

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of European regulations and directives related to supply chain management in the renewable energy sector.

- Experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.

- Familiarity with SAP or other supply chain management software.

- Project management skills.

- People management experience.

- Working experience abroad.

- Any additional language such as German, Dutch, Spanish
