- We have an opportunity for a **Supply Chain Manager **for our **Fine Chemicals **plant located in **Aprilia (Latina)**.

Main responsibilities:

- Planning & Carrying Out whole supply chain strategy;

- Working in synergy with sales, operations and customer service team;

- Establishing the main supply chain KPIs;

- Promoting the continues improvement & suggesting solutions for its achievement;

- Pinpointing bottlenecks in the process and deploying fast solutions;

- Collaborating with financial, sales and production team for identifying suitable suppliers & providers;

- Being a trainer and rater for colleagues, also giving constructive feedbacks;

- Building positive relations with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the role (minimum 3 years);

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Software (e. g.

SAP ECC; SAP PM; Other supply chain programs);

- Experience in planning of production process;

- Previous experience in Chemical/Pharmaceutical Context will be considered a plus;

- Master degree in Management Engineering; Economic & Marketing; Management e Controllo dei Processi Logistici

- Agile and collaborative mindset;

- Problem solving;

- Excellent leadership/Management abilities;

- APICS Certificate will be considered a plus;

- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
