On behalf of an important Retail Company, we are now looking for a:
Supply Chain Manager As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes for the products.
You will manage the flow of goods from suppliers to the various retail locations, ensuring the timely and cost-efficient delivery of products while maintaining the highest quality standards.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of supply chain management in the multi-brand retail sector.
Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy: develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency across multiple retail locations;Inventory Management: oversee inventory levels across all retail stores, ensuring stock availability, and minimizing excess inventory or stockouts;Vendor and Supplier Relations: build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries, quality control, and cost-effectiveness;Logistics Coordination: manage the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to retail stores;Forecasting & Demand Planning: collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure alignment between supply and demand;Process Optimization: identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels;Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze supply chain performance data, providing regular reports on key metrics such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and supplier performance;Team Leadership: lead and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Requirements: At least 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the multi-brand retail industry;Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, inventory management, and logistics;Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data;Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders;Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;Proficiency in English.
