**Supply Chain Manager **for the
**Northern Italy Area
**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager for reaching the targets set for his/her geographic area, coordinating the Procurement, Plant and Warehouse Offices of the Projects.
- Sharing the Group's Supply Chain related guidelines, procedures and models, ensuring that they are all correctly applied by the Project Purchasing Managers for the procurement targets, the Project Plant managers for the P&E targets, the Project Warehouse managers for their specific targets (stock reductions, Warehouse turnover, ).
- Functionally coordinating and managing the Supply Chain Team of the Area to guarantee all the Supply chain objects concerning the purchasing of goods, services and sub-contracts, the Material Management, and the Fleet and Plant Maintenance have all been correctly performed, and that all targets set with the Head of Regional Supply Chain and the Project Managers have also been reached.
- Analyzing and solving specific issues connected to the Supply Chain processes of the Projects, coordinating with the other Area Supply Chain Coordinators.
- Supporting the Bidding Support and Project Start-up department, in collecting the data needed to study the bids and/or project initiatives.
- During the project's start-up and execution phases, dimensioning of the Supply Chain structure, with regard to one's area of responsibility and participation, while coordinating with the HR department, for the resource selection process.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering or in Economics.
- +10 years of experience in a similar role, within multinational contexts.
- Industrial-sector background.
- Consolidated experience in budget planning and monitoring activities.
- Fully proficient in technical and strategic negotiations.
- Consolidated experience in supply-base selection, development and management activities.
- Contractual expertise (especially in framework agreements).
- Attested value and cost analysis skills, and market and benchmarking analysis.
- Good English.
