Covering this position, you'll coordinate the production of finished goods for a global, multi-site supply chain with focus on Valtellina Plant, using ERP systems and planning tools (RapidResponse/JDE)

You'll be balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements, supporting the Execution teams in Material and Daily Replenishment Planning activities.

**What you'll be doing

- Responsible for Production planning, Material purchasing support and inventory management of a portfolio of finished goods

- Support/Lead the OPLAN Process with key stakeholders e. g. Plant management - reporting Sales, Production and Inventory

- Formulate & Communicate short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand

- Define & approve planning parameters that drive OTIF and Inventory performance

- Accountable for achieving Inventory Targets

- Collaborate with other Planners and Managers, Demand planners, Cluster fulfilment, Commercial & Shipping teams

- Proactively managing supply chain risks e. g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate

- Review transfer order exceptions and cancel, close out, or decrease orders where necessary

- Monitor supply chain performance, review & support planning parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems

**What you'll bring

- Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar fields

- 3-5 Years working experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning/Distribution

- Understanding of all aspects of end-to-end supply chain and how we interact with other functions

- Good communication skills required

- Disciplined, independent in executing tasks, but also a strong team player

- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, reading and creating reports and conducting analysis for business decisions

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Drives results with sense of urgency and accountability

- Knowledge in JDE or similar platform is an advantage

- Very good English knowledge
