To be responsible for the co-ordination of all aspects of the supply chain operations department, for PO creation through to ensuring stock is loaded in time to air and the processing of SORRTV's.

Purchase Order (PO) Management

- The creation of PO's in line with the needs of the business

- Support the efficient flow of information between Vendors, Commercial, Distribution Centre and Shipping Teams so as to ensure that priority deliveries are given due attention

- Daily communication of Purchase Orders that are at risk of missing delivery or show dates and advising the best course of action

- Support with the management of the key lines (AO ETC) delivery strategy, ensuring they are effectively tracked into the business

- Continually investigate and propose possible improvements to the Purchase Order Management process

- Report on Vendor and business performance as it relates to PO Management

Return to Vendor (SORRTV) Management

- Liaise with Buying, Planning, Finance and Vendor to ensure the efficient movement of inventory back to the vendor so as to ensure adherence to business KPI's

- Investigate and propose possible improvements to the Return to Vendor Management process

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience in Supply Chain, Distribution or Customer Service role

- High level of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Access)

- Knowledge of SAP

- English fluent
