In order to strengthen the Engineering and Maintenance Department, we are looking for a:

Il Ruolo

The Supply Chain Planner is the linking pin between Customer Service & Production.

He/she is part of the team responsible for planning & scheduling.

He/she will support for assigned material clusters the Demand management, master scheduling, production orders sequencing, inventory management as well asprevention and rework of SLOB.

Reporting to Cinisello Planning Manager, He/She will have the following responsibilities & tasks:

Responsible for preparation, communication and tracking ofproduction plans towards plant operationsResponsible of Master data planning parametersResponsible for Inventory optimization (lowest possible stock of MTO, lowest possible understock below safety stock of STO, day's coverage of stock at target )Support order promisingprocess driven by Customer ServiceResponsible for minimizing changes to production schedule within frozen zoneResponsible for small continuous projects to improve process, performance and support divisional programsSupports regional S&OP and local planning manager in introduction of SLIM4 and production scheduling softwareSupports Production and Internal Logistics in effective use of autonomous short range (24-36 hours) scheduling of ZAP (component replenishment)and production linesAnalysis of divisional standardized reportsResponsible to achieved targets set by Planning Manager (e. g.

Service Metrics, Inventory, SLOB) Participate in daily / weekly meetings with other functions and call conferences with affiliates / customers

I RequisitiUniversity degree in Technical Discipline (chemistry and chemical engineer preferred) or Supply Chain / Production/ Logistic Engineering (ingegneria gestionale indirizzo logística e produzione). High school degree if supported by minimum 10 years of professional experience. Minimum 3 years of Professional experienceExperience in production planning/scheduling activities, Logistics/Supply Chain fields. Previous experience in production would be a plusKnowledge of SAP R/3 & MRP processStrong Excel skills are required (Pivot, VBA, and Macro)Familiar with databases (Access, Qlik. . . )
