For our Headquarter offices based in Milan, we are looking for a brilliant Supply Chain Planner, who will directly report to the Head of Group Production Planning of our internal Atelier in Milan.

Do you match this profile?

Diploma/Economics Degree; At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position gained in structured organizations (preferably in fashion / luxury); Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, PPT) and SAP S/4HANA; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines regularly; Attention to detail, able to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines; Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); Problem solver, multitasking; Planning and organization skills; Positive and proactive attitude; Ability to work under pressure; Flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment; If so, apply for this job!

What do we expect from you?

Liaise with Commercial Department for collecting requests and needs about products orders Manage the Production planning & the Supply Chain planning of the external production Creation of the orders in the systems, concerning the external suppliers Monitoring and keep tracking of commercial requests and orders (via MRP SAP) Monitoring and checking the external production progress Provide support in the management of the external suppliers Deal with the external suppliers for the estimates/quotes of production orders Deal with Customer Service Department to meet customer requests, based on periodic checks of the orders Maintain updated and accurate reports and analysis & Perform data entry in the Systems Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned The recruitment process: Apply online If your profile matches our search, you will be contacted by our HR team for a first exploratory interview.
