Supply Chain Process Driver
Being part of the SC Processes, Systems, and Digitalization team within Operational Excellence and SC Transformation function, the SC Process Driver plays a crucial role in supporting the Process Owners for Quote to Cash Equipment (QTCE) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) in simplifying and standardizing processes, as well as ensuring implementation and compliance monitoring.
He/she will work towards driving cross-functional teams in the simplification and standardization of processes across all plants, contributing to increased efficiency and quality performance within SC, and becoming an expert in Sidel's organization and processes.
**Your Mission**:
- Support the Process Owners in defining the roadmap for process simplification and standardization across production plants, in alignment with SC transformation programs and Sidel procedures and getting inputs from Continuous Improvement and Quality functions.
- Establish and lead the SC Process Network in deploying the roadmap.
- Interface with PMO and other process Drivers/Owners from different domains to prioritize initiatives and ensure the correctness and completeness of process interfaces.
- Support the deployment of Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning processes through documentation and training.
- Monitor process compliance through periodic assessments, define and monitor Key Compliance Indicators (KCIs).
Identify potential process improvements, define action plans, and implement them by collaborating with multiple functions within SC and other domains.
- Gather and identify requirements for tool development and improvements to enhance process efficiency.
**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications and experiences**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French is advantageous.
- Lean or Six Sigma Qualifications are advantageous.
- Previous experience in process-driven companies within Supply Chain operations, or as a Process Driver, or as a
- Continuous Improvement agent.

- Knowledge of best practices in Supply Chain and/or Sales & Operations Planning.
